The Changuitos earn most of their scholarship grant money via performances. You can have this extraordinary ensemble at your home or office event, and deduct a significant portion of the fee. Mariachi Los Changuitos Feos is a 501 (c) 3 educational charity under the IRS Rules. Cost of a performance is deductible, less its fair market value. Consult with your tax advisor. Better yet, consult with your party or event planner. Book Los Changuitos Feos to provide unforgettable entertainment that your guests will talk about for weeks. By checking this box, Responsible Party agrees to pay Los Changuitos Feos, Inc. the sum indicated in Total Fee, above. Payment in full settlement of this Agreement may be made by check, money order or credit card at the conclusion of the Performance. For this Agreement to be binding, 1.) a nonrefundable deposit of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) must be received within ten (10) days of the date of this Agreement, set forth above. Deposit may be mailed to: Los Changuitos Feos PO Box 85117 Tucson AZ 85754 To make your deposit by credit card, please call (520) 883-4246. 2.) an authorized representative of Los Changuitos Feos, Inc. must verify the availability of date(s) requested, and 3.) countersign and return a copy of this Performance Agreement to the Responsible Party. If illness, accident, Act of God or any other reason, whether foreseen or unforeseen, prevents Los Changuitos Feos, Inc. from performing in fulfillment of this Agreement, a diligent effort will be made to timely supply a substitute group. If Los Changuitos Feos, Inc. is unable to supply a substitute performance group, this Agreement becomes null and void and any deposit(s) will be refunded in full to Responsible Party within 72 hours of the intended performance date.
